Work continues in and around Copper Peak Point, the access road between Black Forest Road and the Copper Range Apartments. Eastbound Cowpoke Road traffic will be detoured south on Black Forest Road to Vollmer Road, then north to Cowpoke Road. Cowpoke Road detourĭuring the closure of east Cowpoke Road, westbound traffic headed toward Black Forest Road will be detoured south on Vollmer Road to Black Forest Road. The closure east of Black Forest Road is expected to be in place through July, weather dependent. Traffic lanes in both directions of Black Forest Road will be shifted westward onto new pavement, Cowpoke Road west of Black Forest Road will be reopened, and Cowpoke Road will close east of Black Forest Road to Vanderwood Road.
